Message from the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir to the Dawah Carriers in the Prisons of the Tyrant Karimov

Dear Brothers,
Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings,

We are following your sacrifices, your patience in the face of harm, and your triumph over the oppressors even while you are in the depths of their prisons. You have raised the status of the Dawah through your steadfastness, your high standing, your great patience, and the firmness of your position for the sake of Allah, despite the severe torture that sometimes leads to martyrdom at the hands of the tyrant Karimov’s henchmen. Your positions have had a profound impact on raising the status of the Dawah locally, regionally, and internationally in this world, not to mention the great reward that Allah (swt) has prepared on the Day of Resurrection for His patient, believing servants: the highest Gardens of Firdous, and the greatest pleasure from Allah.

Locally, Karimov has reached the brink of mental instability; he has been defeated before you despite possessing authority, while you have triumphed through your faith, sincerity, and devotion, even though you are bound in chains in the prisons of the oppressors.

Every day, you increase in honor in the sight of Allah, His Messenger, and the believers, while he and his cronies increase in humiliation, disgrace, and loss—not only before Allah and His Messenger but even in the eyes of those who watch him in his speeches and movements. He utters the name of your party, Hizb ut Tahrir, with terror killing him and panic overwhelming him day and night. The obsession with the Party never leaves him.

Regionally, your firm stances on the truth have been a source of admiration and reverence in Central Asia and its surroundings. Your heads, held high with the truth before the oppressors, have been charges of vitality and activity for the youth of the Party, increasing them in strength after strength and rise after rise. I have received news that some youth in certain areas around you suffered from weakness in the oppressors' prisons, but when they recalled your positions and your courage, they blamed themselves for their weakness and regretted what they had done. Your sacrifices breathed warmth into their souls, reviving their resolve and strengthening their determination. The youth look upon you in the carrying of the Dawah as the Muslims looked upon the Muhajireen and Ansar, when they were like firm mountains in their steadfastness upon the truth, traversing the path of the Messenger of Allah (saw), never deviating from it by a hair's breadth.

Internationally, research institutes, study centers, and men of politics and thought in the world have been stunned by what they have heard regarding your adherence to your great Islam despite the varieties of harm and torture you have faced. You have had a significant impact on this global momentum that has filled satellite channels and radio stations concerning the Party of which you are soldiers, the great Islam which you carry, and the Rightly Guided Khilafah (Caliphate) of which you are the worthy people. The powerful stances you record before the henchmen of the oppressors are equivalent to decades of work in terms of creating a massive public opinion for Islam, its carriers, and its Khilafah.

By the greatness of your positions, your brothers, the youth of the Party in all its regions, have increased in strength upon strength. By the firmness of your positions, your enemies have increased in disgrace and humiliation. They have realized that a Party whose youth are like you will inevitably, by Allah's permission, establish the Khilafah that disturbs the sleep of the colonialist kuffar. It shakes Putin, the President of Russia, causing him to mention it with dread in his speeches before it is even established. It troubles Myers, the Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, leading him to mention it with terror before his troops in Iraq. And Blair, the Prime Minister of Britain, fears it, considering political Islam a "virus" that spreads among Muslims. Thus, through your magnificent positions, you are a source of goodness for your Muslim brothers and a thunderbolt that destroys the oppressors and the disbelievers.

O Brothers,

By your firm positions and your steadfastness upon the truth, fearing the blame of no one, you have been: the soldiers of Allah and His Messenger, the brothers of Yasir the first martyr, Bilal, Khubayb, Zaid bin al-Dathina, Abdullah al-Sahmi, Ammar, and the rest of the righteous Companions.

And your sisters who are subjected to the prisons of the oppressors are: the sisters of Sumayyah, the first martyr in Islam; and Umm Salama, the Mother of the Believers, who, when she intended to migrate with Abu Salama (ra), her people snatched her child from her hands, breaking his arm and preventing her from accompanying her husband, yet she remained patient and sought reward until Allah granted her a way out; and the sisters of Asma bint Mani’ and Nusaybah bint Ka’b (Umm 'Umara), who witnessed the second Pledge of 'Aqaba with the Messenger of Allah (saw); and the sisters of the rest of the noble female Companions.

And finally, dear brothers,

Congratulations to you for your patience and steadfastness. Congratulations to you on the word of Allah (swt):

مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ ۖ فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ قَضَىٰ نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَنْتَظِرُ ۖ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلًا

"Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance]. And they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration." (Surah Al-Ahzab [33]: 23)

I consider you among them, by Allah's permission, for you have been truthful and have not changed.

And congratulations to you on the saying of the Prophet (saw):

إِنَّ لِلَّهِ عِبَاداً لَيْسُوا بِأَنْبِيَاءَ وَلا شُهَدَاءَ، يَغْبِطُهُمُ الشُّهَدَاءُ وَالنَّبِيُّونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لِقُرْبِهِمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى وَمَجْلِسِهِمْ مِنْهُ

"Indeed, Allah has servants who are neither Prophets nor martyrs, yet the martyrs and Prophets will envy them on the Day of Resurrection because of their proximity to Allah the Almighty and their place before Him."

I consider you among them in a seat of truth in the presence of a Sovereign Perfect in Ability on the Day of Resurrection.

O brothers, the hardship you suffer and the adversity you face are signs of the near relief (faraj). The Messenger of Allah (saw) read:

فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا . إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

"For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease." (Surah Ash-Sharh [94]: 5-6)

And he (saw) said: "One hardship will never overcome two eases." Ease is coming, by Allah's permission. Your brothers are hastening their pace, connecting their nights with their days, supplicating to Allah (swt) that the glad tidings of His Messenger (saw) regarding the return of the Rightly Guided Khilafah be realized at their hands. They will build the edifice of the Khilafah, and it will grow strong and sturdy, and then you will be the radiant bricks in the great edifice of the Khilafah. You will harvest with your brothers the fruits of the seeds you have sown, and you will rejoice in the victory of Allah and the clear conquest. Thus, Islam and its people will be honored, while kufr and its people will be humiliated. The canopy of shame, disgrace, and humiliation will surround the oppressors, and they will soon know to what kind of return they will be returned. So be patient and outlast them in patience; Allah is with you and will never deprive you of [the reward of] your deeds.

"Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a [decreed] extent." (Surah At-Talaq [65]: 3)

Last but not least,

I congratulate you on your steadfastness upon the truth and your patience over the harm for the sake of Allah, and the great reward that awaits you, by Allah's permission:

إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى الصَّابِرُونَ أَجْرَهُمْ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ

"Only those who are patient shall receive their reward in full, without measure." (Surah Az-Zumar [39]: 10)

I ask Allah (swt) for you a near and speedy relief—not just a small relief from your current situation, but a grand relief in which you will chant Tahlil and Takbir, carrying its banners with your hands, your tongues chanting its verses, and your hearts find tranquility in its blessings.

"And on that day the believers will rejoice in the victory of Allah." (Surah Ar-Rum [30]: 4-5)

Until we meet in goodness and upon goodness, we ask Allah to gather us soon. I entrust you to Allah.
Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
