O Muslims,
On this day, the 28th of Rajab, 1342 AH, corresponding to the 3rd of March, 1924 CE, the colonialist disbelievers led by Britain at the time, in cooperation with Arab and Turkish traitors, managed to eliminate the state of the Khilafah. The criminal of the era, Mustafa Kemal, announced the abolition of the Khilafah in Istanbul, besieged the Khalifah, and expelled him in the early hours of that day. This was the price Britain ordered him to pay, in exchange for appointing him as the frail president of the secular Turkish Republic.
And so it was, this terrible earthquake occurred in the lands of the Muslims, by eliminating the Khilafah—the source of their glory and the means to the pleasure of their Lord.
Following that, O Muslims, the influence of the colonialist disbelievers settled in the lands of the Muslims. They partitioned the land and tore it into many pieces, reaching about fifty-five fragments. They appointed over each a puppet ruler who obeys their commands and heeds their prohibitions. They drew up a vital policy for themselves: to exert every effort, by any means no matter how wicked, to prevent the return of the Khilafah. They made these puppet rulers a frontline for implementing this malicious and hateful policy against Islam and Muslims.
Then, they added another terrible earthquake to the first by giving the Jews a state in the Blessed Land, the place of the Isra and Mi'raj of the Messenger of Allah (saw), and provided it with all the means of survival. The first of these means was protecting its security through the puppet rulers surrounding it. Not only that, but these rulers would be defeated before the Jews in every war that broke out, until they gave the Jewish state a size beyond its actual size and an image unlike its reality. These puppets did not stop there; they exerted their efforts to wage war against Allah and His Messenger, shifting the issue from uprooting the Jewish entity from Palestine to negotiating with it, hoping it might withdraw from some of what it occupied in 1967!
With the end of World War II, America sat upon the throne of the West and began to compete with Europe over its colonies, considering itself the heir to the West in its spheres of influence under the pretext that it was the one that saved the West in World War II. Europe, especially Britain, did not submit easily, and the Muslim lands became a field for the struggle between the colonialist disbelieving nations. This was accompanied by an even hotter conflict between the West, especially America, and the former Soviet Union. The Muslims were the fuel for this conflict due to the betrayal of these puppet rulers, while the gains in wealth and hegemony went to the victorious competing powers. After much struggle between the two sides, the matter ended in an accord between America and the Soviet Union regarding the division of interests in international politics, accompanied by European disruptions of a British character. Then the Soviet Union collapsed, and Europe was unable to fill its place in competing with America.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union and Europe's lack of cohesion and weakness before America, America came closer to unilateral control over international politics. Driven by the arrogance of tyranny, it began striking here and there. It fueled the First Gulf War between Iraq and Iran and initiated the Second Gulf War to expel Iraq from Kuwait. The crusader-like statements of Bush Senior revealed the hatred in their hearts toward Islam and Muslims. It continued to roam and act as it pleased until the events of September 11, whose full secrets have not yet been revealed.
After that, America reached out over the entire world, dividing it into two: either subservient to it or subject to its aggression and war. Thus were its brutal actions in Afghanistan, followed by its brutal actions in Iraq, to the point that it ignored all the legal formalities of the United Nations and dismissed even international courtesies. It mocked Europe, calling it Old Europe and New Europe, and proceeded with its aggression, heedless of both enemy and friend.
O Muslims,
America has committed atrocities from which even the beasts of the forest would shy away. What was published about its crimes in Qala-i-Jangi prison in northern Afghanistan, where it gathered prisoners and killed them with artillery, tanks, and aircraft; what happened and continues to happen in Bagram prison in Afghanistan; and the crimes leaked from Guantanamo—all this is but a small part of what has not been revealed. This is in addition to what is continuously happening in Afghanistan. All this shows to what extent America is a reservoir of evil and a source of corruption.
Furthermore, the crimes it committed in Iraq at Abu Ghraib—horrific in their brutality—and in Fallujah, its violation of the sanctity of homes and the honor of free women, and the mass killing of the elderly, women, and children; all that is happening in Iraq shows that America has lost all human characteristics and has reached the ultimate level of animalistic wickedness.
Tragedies have multiplied and calamities have poured upon the lands of the Muslims, escalating after the disappearance of the Khilafah. Britain, the head of disbelief at that time, played the primary role in destroying the Khilafah and the primary role in planting the Jewish entity in the Blessed Land. It had seized India from its Muslim rulers and later gave most of it to the Hindus, while giving the smaller, poorer part to the Muslims. It then left the wound of Kashmir bleeding in the Islamic body, handing Kashmir over to Hindu rule despite its Muslim majority. Kashmir has suffered and continues to suffer from Hindu crimes that have exceeded thousands. After Kashmir was an issue for Muslims, especially the Muslims of Pakistan, with no solution but liberation from Hindu control, the puppet regime in Pakistan now openly declares war against Allah and His Messenger by agreeing to surrender most, if not all of it, to India through weak and humiliating negotiations.
Furthermore, the Jewish state has been and still is practicing the most heinous crimes in Palestine. The massacre—or rather, the epic—of Jenin is a witness to that. Neither humans, trees, nor stones have been safe from its crimes. It killed the elderly, women, and children; destroyed homes and uprooted trees, supported by the colonialist West led by America today. They fight every power that arises in the Muslim lands on its behalf. In fact, they tighten the noose on the Muslim lands to prevent them from possessing the means of power, especially nuclear weapons, even though they realize the Jews have possessed these weapons for years. They even support them in manufacturing them and shielding them from any pressure or even annoyance, while they stand in watch over Muslim lands even against the use of atomic energy for peaceful purposes.
Then, the Soviet Union scattered the Crimean Muslims, committed mass killings of the Muslims in the Caucasus, and tightened the noose of exile and arrest on the Muslims of Tatarstan. Its successor, the Russian Federation, continues to practice brutal killing in Chechnya, destroying villages and cities and using a scorched-earth policy, with Grozny standing as a witness to this.
Additionally, France played a hateful political role to prevent the Muslims from having an entity in Bosnia similar to the Serbs and Croats after the breakup of Yugoslavia. This is on top of the escalation of its brutal crimes in Algeria during the first half of the last century.
The colonialist West is drawing a policy to divide the Muslim lands beyond their current division, making them disjointed and shattered, a piece here and another there. What is happening in Iraq in terms of fragmentation and ethnic federalism; what is being done in Sudan to separate the South and pave the way for Darfur, then Eastern and North-Eastern Sudan; then the carving out of East Timor from Indonesia and what is happening in Aceh as a prelude to separation; what is happening in Algeria in the eastern region (the Amazigh); what happened in Pakistan with the separation of the East from the West; and the plans to incite ethnic, geographical, and tribal sentiments within a single country—all this shows that the partitioned Muslim lands are moving toward further fragmentation and splintering.
O Muslims,
The hatred of the Crusader West toward Islam and Muslims has emerged from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is even greater. We remind you of their hatred, for the reminder benefits the believers:
- At the end of World War I, when the British commander Allenby reached Jerusalem and occupied it, he said, "Now the Crusades have ended." This commander considered the Ottoman State a continuation of the Islamic State; when it was defeated, he considered that the state of the Muslims had ended and would never return. Thus, their control over the Muslim lands would, in their view, face no opposition. The strange, shocking, and indeed disgraceful thing is that Faisal, the commander of the Arab army who rebelled against the Ottoman army and joined the British in the war against the Islamic State, was standing by his side. Allenby did not even formally respect that Faisal displayed Islam; rather, he spoke clearly: that the Islamic State was the Ottoman State and it had been defeated, thus the colonialist West had triumphed in the Crusades. If Faisal had an ounce of shame, he would have at least protested, but he had lost his shame by marching with the British against his own state since his father, Hussein bin Ali, fired his shot of rebellion against the Islamic State (the Ottoman State) and entered the war as an ally of the British against the Muslims.
- The French commander Gouraud stood at the grave of Salahuddin and said: "We have returned, O Salahuddin," referring to their victory in the Crusade again, World War I.
- In the 1950s, an official in the French Foreign Ministry stated: "The Islamic world is a shackled giant, let us exert every effort so it does not rise."
- In the 1960s, Eugene Rostow, then head of the planning department in the US State Department and an advisor to President Johnson, stated: "The goal of the Western world in the Middle East is to destroy the Islamic civilization, and the establishment of Israel is part of this plan, and it is nothing but a continuation of the Crusades."
- In early 1990, journalist David Howell mentioned in his article published in the Washington Times and the Japan Times titled "A Shift in the Course of History" that the enemy now, after the defeat of Communism, is Islam and its civilization.
- In mid-1990, another crusader, Michel Debré, a former French Prime Minister, stated in his article published in Le Quotidien de Paris that Islam has now become the first enemy of Europe and France, and the danger could come from the South, meaning the Islamic region.
- The German magazine Der Spiegel published a study on the conflict between Islamic civilization and the West in its eighth issue of 1991, stating: "During World War I, the Western powers directed two new 'blows' to the Islamic consciousness." The magazine then explained that the first "blow" was the defeat of the Ottoman State, the abolition of the Khilafah, and the colonization of its Arab provinces according to the Sykes-Picot Agreement of 1916. The second "blow" was the Balfour Declaration given to the Jews in 1917 and supporting them in establishing a state in Palestine.
- Bush Senior delivered a speech to his soldiers in early August 1990 as he sent them to Kuwait, urging them in the name of Christianity to fight, and calling all churches in the United States to pray for them. His speech was the beginning of the new Crusader invasion of the Muslim lands in the Peninsula and the Gulf.
- Bush Junior stated after the events of September 11, on 16/9/2001, that he was preparing for a "crusade" in Afghanistan.
- Then they began fighting Islam by all means in education, media, and the dissemination of misleading concepts. They intensified their preaching of democracy and decorated it with some flourishes to market it among Muslims. Instead of describing its reality—that it permits and forbids instead of Allah (swt)—they said it is a mechanism for electing a ruler. All this was to tame Muslims into accepting that Shari'ah rulings—the Halal and Haram—be taken from humans in the name of democracy rather than from the Lord of humans.
- Their hatred for Muslims appears at every turn—and what their breasts conceal is greater—as shown by their laws. Under the pretext of fighting "terrorism," they have given themselves the "right" to "preventive" detention for every Muslim. That is, a Muslim is considered guilty until proven innocent. Thus, the lie of their boasting about human rights and "freedom" of opinion was exposed... any rights were trampled upon as long as the matter concerned Muslims.
وَمَا تُخْفِي صُدُورُهُمْ أَكْبَرُ
"And what their breasts conceal is greater." (QS. Ali 'Imran [3]: 118)
- Finally, their audacity reached the point of "desecrating the Holy Quran" in American and Jewish prisons. Despite the number of Muslims exceeding one and a half billion, neither America nor the Jewish state cared for them. They did not even offer the slightest words of apology because they realize that the Khilafah of the Muslims does not exist, and the Khalifah of the Muslims who rules by what Allah has revealed and performs Jihad in the way of Allah does not exist. They are confident that the rulers in Muslim lands are their agents, fighting Islam and insulting the Quran just as the colonialist disbelievers do.
O Muslims,
The nations have converged upon you after the disappearance of the Khilafah, and we have become plunder for every covetous person. Our lands have become a field for every combatant, and the Muslim has become a stranger in his own country, pursued and arrested, or even martyred under torture because he says, "Our Lord is Allah." Calling for the Khilafah has become a major crime pursued in Muslim and non-Muslim lands alike.
Because Hizb ut-Tahrir works for it and calls to it, the rulers in Muslim lands have pursued it, being the frontline of the colonialist West. They pursued it with arrests and long sentences; in some countries, they do not release them even after completing their sentences, not to mention the torture they face in their prisons, which sometimes leads to martyrdom, as happened in the 1970s in Syria, the 1980s in Libya and Iraq, and as is currently happening in Uzbekistan. All this while these oppressors realize that Hizb ut-Tahrir does not perform material acts in the stage of Da'wah, but rather works through support (Nusrah), the word of truth, intellectual struggle, political struggle, and speaking the truth without fearing the blame of any critic for the sake of Allah.
As for Western countries, the party's call for the Khilafah has made it a subject of study and research in Western circles to the extent that these countries violated their own laws to ban the party, even though it is a political party that does not perform material acts. Some Western countries considered the party's call for the Khilafah as terrorism and placed it on terrorism lists, as Russia did. Others considered it as inciting the removal of the Jewish entity occupying Palestine and banned it, as Germany did. Others are studying the possibility of banning it based on the claims of Jewish organizations, as in the Netherlands. In Denmark, they added to the claims of Jewish organizations the charge of inciting the withdrawal of occupation forces from Iraq. Others hold conferences and hatch plots to draw plans against the party and the Khilafah, as America did in the Ankara conference, the Nixon Institute reports, the Heritage Foundation, the International Crisis Group in mid-2003, and the report of the National Intelligence Council in Virginia early this year. Others arrest the party's youth because they participate in a protest march against Uzbekistan due to the Andijan massacre, while they do not arrest members of any march even for deviants, as Britain did... Not only that, but the Prime Minister of Britain himself, speaking at the Labour Party's general conference on 16/7/2005 regarding the London bombings of 7/7/2005, made the Khilafah the center of his attention rather than the bombings. He said, "We are confronting a movement that seeks to eliminate the state of Israel, to expel the West from the Islamic world, and to establish a single Islamic state that rules by Shari'ah in the Islamic world through the establishment of the Khilafah for the entire Islamic Ummah." In the midst of the bombing events, the obsession with the Khilafah in Muslim lands does not leave him. Finally, on 5/8/2005, he announced that he would ban Hizb ut-Tahrir, and there is no reason except the Khilafah that disturbs the sleep of Britain and its Blair. Australia followed Britain's footsteps in banning the party.
O Muslims,
This is your situation after the disappearance of the Khilafah: humiliation, lowliness, and nations converging upon you. The influence of the colonialist disbelieving countries dominates you, the path for which was paved by your rulers appointed by the West over your necks.
This is the situation of those working to re-establish the Khilafah: the disbelievers and hypocrites pursue them in the East and West, wherever the spies and eyes of the West reach. This is because the disbelievers know what the Khilafah is and what a crushing, shocking danger it poses to them as a result of their tyranny and corruption.
This situation, O Muslims, is your situation after the disappearance of the Khilafah. So how were you when you were shaded by the Khilafah?
You were the best nation brought forth for mankind, followers of Muhammad (saw), the Seal of the Prophets and the Imam of the Mujahideen.
Your ancestors were the Rightly Guided Khalifahs and the conquering leaders.
You are the grandchildren of the pious and powerful who strove in the cause of Allah as He should be strove for.
The grandchildren of the conquerors of Andalusia and the spreaders of Islamic civilization within it.
The grandchildren of Al-Mu'tasim, who led a massive army to rescue a woman oppressed by a Roman, who cried out, "Wa Mu'tasimah!"
The grandchildren of Ar-Rashid, who answered the King of the Romans when he broke his treaty with the Muslims and committed aggression against them. He answered him, addressing: "From Harun, the Commander of the Faithful, to Nikephoros, the dog of the Romans: The answer is what you see, not what you hear." And so it was; the army reached the Roman borders before the letter reached their king.
The grandchildren of the one who used to address the clouds: "Rain wherever you wish, for your harvest will come to the land of the Muslims."
The grandchildren of An-Nasir Salahuddin, the conqueror of the Crusaders.
The grandchildren of Qutuz and Baybars, the conquerors of the Tatars.
The grandchildren of Muhammad al-Fatih, the young prince who was not over twenty-three years old, whom Allah honored with the praise of the Messenger for the conqueror of Constantinople:
لَتُفْتَحَنَّ الْقُسْطَنْطِينِيَّةُ فَلَنِعْمَ الأَمِيرُ أَمِيرُهَا وَلَنِعْمَ الْجَيْشُ ذَلِكَ الْجَيْشُ
"You will definitely open Constantinople. What a wonderful leader its leader shall be, and what a wonderful army that army shall be." (Narrated by Ahmad)
He conquered it—may Allah have mercy on him and bless him—in the year 857 AH, corresponding to the year 1453 CE.
The grandchildren of Khalifah Suleiman the Magnificent, whom France appealed to in the sixteenth century CE when its king was captured. It found no just power to protect it except the Islamic Khilafah, so it sought refuge with its Khalifah in 1525 CE.
The grandchildren of Khalifah Selim III, in whose reign the United States of America paid an annual tax to his governor in Algeria amounting to six hundred and forty-two thousand (642,000) gold dollars, in addition to twelve thousand (12,000) Ottoman gold liras, in exchange for releasing American prisoners in Algeria and allowing American ships to pass safely in the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea without being harassed by the Ottoman navy in the province of Algeria.
For the first time, America was forced to sign a treaty not in its own language, but in the language of another state (the Ottoman State) on the 21st of Safar, 1210 AH—corresponding to the 5th of September, 1795 CE.
The grandchildren of Khalifah Abdul Hamid, who was not tempted by the millions of gold offered by the Jews for the state treasury, and was not intimidated by the international pressures they mobilized against him to allow them to settle in Palestine. He said his famous words: "The work of the scalpel in my body is easier for me than seeing Palestine severed from the state of the Khilafah." He was far-sighted when he said: "...Let the Jews keep their millions... if the state of the Khilafah is torn apart one day, then they will be able to take Palestine without a price." This is exactly what happened when the puppet rulers lost Palestine and handed it over to the Jews, and even protected their security and guarded them. By being defeated before the Jews, they gave the Jewish state an aura larger than its size and a weight beyond its reality.
This Khalifah, despite the intensity of the disbelievers' plots against him and the Islamic State, forced Britain—which was the great power then—to offer an official apology to his embassy in London because a British citizen published something considered hostile to Islam in the late nineteenth century (1890 CE). Meanwhile, the Holy Quran, the words of the Lord of the Worlds, is being "desecrated" now at the hands of the colonialist West and the Jews, and there is no apology, not even a shadow of an apology. This is because there is no Khalifah for the Muslims who takes the Quran as a constitution and moves the state with all it possesses against the disbelievers who offend the Quran even slightly.
The grandchildren of the conquerors who spread civilization in Andalusia, from where their civilization radiated to Europe. The grandchildren of those who invented the clock and gifted one to Charlemagne, the greatest king of Europe at that time, whose entourage—the elite of his people—thought it was full of demons and jinn!
The grandchildren of those who invented the giant cannon and hammered the walls of Constantinople with it, at a time when the Pope of Rome rejected the idea of making it presented to him by an Austrian engineer, thinking—the Pope (Emperor)—that the invention of the cannon was heresy and the work of jinn and demons. This was your civilization and your mentality, O Muslims, and that was the civilization and mentality of the colonialist West!
Those are your ancestors, O Muslims, and those were their deeds, and you are their grandchildren. So come to the truth they followed, so follow it; and to the glory they made, so make it. Here is Hizb ut-Tahrir among you, so support it. It works day and night to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the state of the Rightly Guided Khilafah. It stands before the Ummah and leads it for this great work, and it disturbs the sleep of the colonialist disbelievers with its call for the Khilafah. So how will it be when the Khilafah is established and visible, making the disbelievers forget the whispers of Satan?
O Muslims,
The colonialist disbelieving nations are massive in appearance but weak in reality. They have large weapons but they do not possess large men. Weapons without men have little effect before a believing group that is armed even without the enemy's weapons. The suffocating crisis and the deep swamp into which America has fallen in Afghanistan and Iraq despite its advanced weapons speaks to this. Members of Congress from the ruling Republican Party have begun demanding an organized exit from Iraq. Official voices in the Ministry of Defense and the army command have begun seriously discussing how to withdraw divisions of their forces from Iraq due to the high number of American dead and wounded. All this is from a resistance with modest capabilities that does not reach a tenth of a tenth of the heavily armed occupation forces. This has made America search for any means to exit with some dignity, and it has returned to Europe, extending its hand after throwing it aside when it attacked Iraq with arrogance and pride.
The international situation is in your favor, O Muslims. Russia has aged or is about to. Europe is between two heads: one is Britain, malicious and cunning, which sees evil as good as long as it achieves the blood-sucking of others; the other is France, looking for leadership without awareness or wisdom, longing for an increasing role in facing America and Britain without being able to use its tools well. The two heads do not meet, and this lack of meeting weakens their plot and consequently weakens Europe. America, the most powerful of these nations, is being killed by its own arrogance, which deprives it of thinking and leads it to perish due to poor planning. This is the way of tyrants who think themselves gods. Such was Pharaoh; he followed the Prophet of Allah Musa, walking into the sea. His arrogance prevented him from thinking to see that the sea cannot be crossed on foot except by the power of the God whom Pharaoh denied. He plunged into the sea and perished, and caused his people to perish. Such was Hitler; he thought himself not of the human race and began striking left and right. His arrogance prevented him from thinking to see the nations gathering against him, so he pushed his army into uncalculated adventures, perishing and humiliating his people for long years after him. Now here is America; its arrogance prevents it from thinking, so it thinks the world is its farm that it can penetrate anywhere as if on a picnic. Its lack of thinking prevented it from realizing that the Islamic Ummah possesses a powerful weapon in the heights; if America extended its neck with all medical operations to reach it, its neck would be torn before reaching it. Material weapon superiority alone does not decide the war with Muslims even if their material weapons are few, because they have a living, sincere creed that provides them with a fighting energy that tyrants—led today by America—cannot comprehend. America has not understood the believer's haste for Jihad and martyrdom; rather, it considers it a form of madness and calls it suicide! It has entered a suffocating crisis and a deep swamp in Afghanistan and Iraq from which it will not escape, by Allah's permission. It is like one who rams a rock to break it, but is broken before breaking it.
Therefore, America, with its tyranny, carries its death with it, and it will be at your hands, O Muslims. It and the other tyrannical nations that dare against the Muslim lands; you are the ones most entitled to shatter them, and you are capable of it. Indeed, the Khilafah is capable of all that, by Allah's permission.
وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
"And give glad tidings to the believers." (QS. Al-Baqarah [2]: 223)
This is the state of the major powers in today's world. As for the Jewish state, it is of less significance, as it only lives as a parasite on others. If not for the support of the West for it—and more importantly, if not for the betrayal of the puppet rulers in Muslim lands—its matter would have ended long ago, and it would have become a thing of the past. This is what will be, by Allah's permission.
O Muslims,
The earth has turned as it was in the era of the Message, where Rome and Persia were overcome by aging and senility, self-deception, and arrogance. They did not take any power into account. They did not see any weight in the Islam that entered the hearts of the Arabs; rather, they looked at the Arabs as they were in the Jahiliyyah. They belittled the message of Islam to the point that Khosrow sent to his governor in Yemen, saying: "I heard of a man in Makkah who sees himself as a prophet; go to him and bring him to me!" Then, years later, when the State was established and the Messenger of Allah (saw) sent messengers to the kings, Khosrow tore up the letter sent to him by the Messenger of Allah (saw). That was the sign for the tearing apart of Khosrow's kingdom, confirming the saying of the Messenger (saw):
مَزَّقَ اللَّهُ مُلْكَهُ
"May Allah tear apart his kingdom." (Narrated by Al-Bukhari)
Arrogance kills its possessor no matter how much power he reaches. This is the reality of the most powerful nation in the world today. So take glad tidings, O Muslims, of the appearance of victory over them, and the return of the Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood. You will return as you were—the best nation brought forth for mankind—and your state will return as the first state in the world, implementing Islam among you and carrying it to the world through Da'wah and Jihad, spreading truth and justice throughout the world.
O Muslims,
Hizb ut-Tahrir addresses you with this call:
- Reminding you of your glory and strength when you were shaded by the Khilafah when it was standing. You were the scale-tipper in the world; the oppressed sought refuge with you—not just common people, but their elite and kings. The enemy feared you and the friend respected you; you achieved conquests and spread justice throughout the world.
- Placing your finger on the places of humiliation and weakness in your bodies on the day the Khilafah that shaded you disappeared. The colonialist disbeliever seized your resources, plundered your wealth, and appointed over you puppets who protect his interests, not yours, and care for the affairs of his henchmen, not yours. Thus, you became a target for every covetous person, and your lands became a field for every combatant.
- Explaining to you that the colonialist disbelievers, led by America, are weaker than you think and have a house more fragile than you imagine. The crises of America that leads them, and the Jewish state their protégé, are witnesses to this. The epic of Fallujah in Iraq and the epic of Jenin in Palestine speak of this. This is while the Muslims do not have a state to mobilize them and fight with them in the way of Allah against their enemies. So how would it be if their affairs were organized, their ranks united, and their Khalifah led them?
- Confirming to you that you are capable, by Allah's permission, of defeating the colonialist disbelievers and the Jews. You are from an Ummah—the best nation brought forth for mankind. You are the followers of the Messenger of Allah (saw), the Seal of the Prophets and the Imam of the Messengers. Your ancestors were the Rightly Guided Khalifahs and the Mujahid leaders. The Islam they carried, and with which Allah (swt) granted them victory, is still among you, preserved by Allah's protection and care; it has not been and will never be affected by change or distortion, by Allah's permission. Allah has promised victory to those who support Him, and His promise is true. It is not only for the Prophets but also for the believers. It is not only in the Afterlife through martyrdom, pleasure, and Paradise, but also in this world, that you may have victory over your enemy and achieve success and a clear conquest.
إِنَّا لَنَنصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَادُ
"Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand." (QS. Ghafir [40]: 51)
- Furthermore, Hizb ut-Tahrir is among you and with you, and it has pledged to Allah, His Messenger, and the believers to continue exerting its utmost efforts and working seriously and diligently, with the Ummah and through it, in carrying the Da'wah and seeking Nusrah to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the second Rightly Guided Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood, which the Messenger of Allah (saw) gave glad tidings of after this forced rule (Al-Mulk al-Jabri) by saying:
... ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ
"...then there will be a Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood." (Narrated by Ahmad)
It is as if the Party sees that its time has come, and the era is its era. It is confident in the realization of this glad tiding at its hands, thereby gaining the glory of this world and the hereafter, and that is the great bounty.
Out of its love for goodness for you by moving with it to establish the Khilafah so you share in this great bounty, Hizb ut-Tahrir calls you—the general public and the People of Power—to join its ranks from today, and before that witnessed day passes you by. The way to join it is not difficult or arduous; it only needs strength of sight and insight to find the way to the Party's media offices, its youth, and its representatives. Do not fear the eyes of the states and their henchmen; they are too weak to turn back a believer seeking goodness, and too frail to hinder a seeker of truth who is serious in his path. The reward is great, the success is grand, and participating in making the Khilafah is worth the distance traveled.
So hasten, O Muslims! Hasten, O People of Power! Join the Da'wah and the seeking of Nusrah, and hasten to establish the Khilafah with the Party, rather than just witnessing it from it. The goodness and reward you gain in joining the ranks today are not approached by the goodness and reward of joining the ranks after today, even if there is goodness in both.
لَا يَسْتَوِي مِنْكُمْ مَنْ أَنْفَقَ مِنْ قَبْلِ الْفَتْحِ وَقَاتَلَ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ أَعْظَمُ دَرَجَةً مِنَ الَّذِينَ أَنْفَقُوا مِنْ بَعْدُ وَقَاتَلُوا ۚ وَكُلًّا وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الْحُسْنَىٰ ۚ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ
"Not equal among you are those who spent before the conquest and fought [and those who did not]. Those are greater in degree than they who spent afterwards and fought. But to all Allah has promised the best [reward]. And Allah, with what you do, is Acquainted." (QS. Al-Hadid [57]: 10)
O Muslims,
This is our call to you, as an insight, a reminder, and glad tidings:
An insight for you into the glory you were in when the Khilafah was standing, and the humiliation you have become in after the disappearance of the Khilafah.
A reminder for you that you are capable of defeating the colonialist disbelievers and their protégé, the Jewish state; rather, you will be, by Allah's permission, the most powerful and dearest in this world, if only you establish your Khilafah, please your Lord, and restore your glories.
As for the glad tidings, Hizb ut-Tahrir pledges to Allah, His Messenger, and the believers that it is continuing its work to establish the Khilafah. The Messenger of Allah (saw) has given you glad tidings of its return as a Rightly Guided Khilafah, and the Party is confident in its establishment; its time has indeed cast its shadow, by Allah's permission.
So participate with it in its establishment to gain goodness and reward with it. Participation in establishing the Khilafah is not like applauding it after its establishment. Do not miss that witnessed day, for working with the Party before it is not like working with it after it.
هَٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
"This [Quran] is a clear statement to [all] people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allah." (QS. Ali 'Imran [3]: 138)
