Assalamu Alaikum. How are you, our Ameer? We wish you health and well-being, and we ask Allah (swt) to guide your hand toward what He loves and is pleased with and to direct your steps. My question is:
A question frequently asked by people these days is: when Allah blesses us with the establishment of the Islamic State, the Khilafah upon the method of the Prophethood, how will we be able to rule by Islam? We know that Islam must be implemented completely from its first day, so what are the decisions, procedures, and practical steps that must be taken immediately upon the announcement of the Islamic Khilafah? And what is our role as youth in this kutlah (bloc) in the countries surrounding the Khilafah State immediately upon its announcement, by Allah’s permission?
