Question: More than ten months have passed since the aggression of the Jewish entity on Gaza, and their massacres continue in a witnessed war of extermination. Meanwhile, negotiations are being held and agreements are being made to stop it, yet they refuse them, even refusing to abandon the Salah al-Din Axis (Philadelphi Corridor), which Egypt considers a red line as mentioned by Al-Arabiya on 03/09/2024. The Biden administration sponsors these massacres just as it sponsors these negotiations, suggesting that the solution lies in negotiations while the massacres persist! What is expected as a result of these "war of extermination" negotiations? What is America's role in supporting this aggression? Is America serious in its declared "two-state solution"? And how can this aggression be eliminated so that all of Palestine returns to its people as it was? Pardon the length of the question...
Answer: To clarify the answer to the above questions, we review the following matters:
First: The negotiations of the war of extermination, its results, and the role of America in them:
We mentioned in a Q&A we issued on 22/03/2024: ("Its war was a war of extermination in every sense of the word... encouraged by the support of the West, both American and European and their followers. Western leaders flocked to visit the entity to show absolute support for the Jewish entity in its war of extermination against Gaza... It was also encouraged by the silence of the regimes in the Arab and Islamic lands. Instead of mobilizing the armies to support the people of Gaza, some of them condemned the mujahideen's attack and continued their relations with the Jewish entity as if nothing had happened. The normalizing countries continued their normalization with the enemy, both the old and the new. They did not cut ties, nor did they abandon the treason of normalization, nor did they cancel treaties and agreements with the Jewish entity, such as Camp David with the Egyptian regime and Wadi Araba with the Jordanian regime and others. They did not even implement the minimum state of war..."). Thus, Netanyahu dared to commit further atrocities, launching an airstrike on the consulate building in the Iranian embassy compound in Damascus on April 1, 2024. The Jewish entity was not satisfied with that but sought to humiliate Iran and its party further. On the evening of July 30, it carried out an airstrike in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, targeting a senior leader of Iran's party, Fuad Shukr... A day later, on July 31, it carried out an assassination in the heart of the Iranian capital, Tehran, targeting the head of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh... All this occurred without being met with a violent reaction that would make the Jewish entity forget the whispers of Satan!
Then America began launching initiatives, and its officials began making visits to prevent the rulers in the Muslim lands, especially those neighboring Palestine, from mobilizing armies to support the Gaza Strip. This was to facilitate the Jewish entity's continuation of its massacres against the people of Palestine. Thus was Biden's ailing initiative on 31/05/2024 and the Security Council resolution sponsored by America on 10/06/2024... Then America gathers the parties to negotiate, amend, and change in back-and-forth trips solely to distract the ruwaybidah (insignificant) rulers in the Muslim lands from supporting Gaza under the pretext of not expanding the war, so that the massacres remain ongoing while they watch! At the same time, America continues to support the Jewish aggression absolutely, justifying its massacres, and supplying it with all types of weapons past and present. On 13/08/2024, it announced its approval to provide it with a lethal weapons deal worth approximately $20 billion. The Prime Minister of the Jewish entity, Netanyahu, felt the ecstasy of victory and regarded it as absolute support for his stubborn positions, and that America would not stop support or weapon shipments.
This is what happened, as Biden sent his Secretary of State Blinken on his ninth tour since the beginning of the Jewish aggression on Gaza, where he visited Egypt. The following day, on 19/08/2024, he met with the Jewish Prime Minister Netanyahu and deceptively said, "the United States has long said it does not accept any long-term (Israeli) occupation of Gaza." This is an elastic phrase, as the extent of this "not long-term" period is unknown. He continued the deception, saying ("Netanyahu accepted a US proposal aimed at narrowing the gaps between the two sides after the talks stalled last week, which America started with Qatar and Egypt in Doha. He asked to put pressure on Hamas to accept the proposal"... Reuters 19/08/2024). The New York Times published on 20/08/2024, quoting officials familiar with the progress of negotiations, that "the new American proposal allows (Israeli) forces to continue their patrols in part of the Philadelphi Corridor along the border between Gaza and Egypt."
The White House stated that US President Biden held a phone call with Netanyahu on the evening of 21/08/2024, and that ("Biden and Netanyahu also discussed US efforts to support (Israel) in the face of all threats from Iran and 'terrorist' proxy groups, Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis, including the ongoing US defensive military deployment"... Monte Carlo 22/08/2024). A US official stated before the call that Biden was expected to press Netanyahu to ease a new demand to keep forces from the Jewish entity in the Philadelphi Corridor on the border between Egypt and Gaza. Netanyahu refuses to withdraw from this corridor, also called the Salah al-Din Axis, which is about 14 km long and in some parts about 100 meters wide, extending along the Gaza border with Egypt. Egypt believes that the Jewish entity's control over the corridor is a violation of the ill-fated Camp David treaty between them, sponsored by America in 1979, and calls on the Jewish entity to withdraw from it after they seized it last May. This position from America made its pampered son, Netanyahu, realize that America is maneuvering with words without actions; otherwise, the United States has enormous influence over the Jewish entity, as this entity depends on American economic and military aid and equipment. If it were serious about pressing it, the Jewish entity would have responded without hesitation.
Negotiations began in Cairo on 28/08/2024, attended by CIA Director William Burns, the Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, and the Jewish entity's delegation alongside the host Egyptian delegation, with the presence of a Hamas delegation without participating directly. Official delegations left Cairo on 25/08/2024 without any agreement due to Netanyahu's intransigence and his refusal to withdraw from the Salah al-Din Axis. Anadolu Agency reported on 25/08/2024 from a high-ranking Hamas official who preferred to remain anonymous: "Hamas is committed to the ceasefire proposal announced by US President Biden and approved by the UN Security Council" and confirmed "Hamas's readiness to implement the issues agreed upon on July 2...". However, Netanyahu is stalling in concluding any agreement until he sees the results of the US presidential elections. He is communicating with the Republicans, the rival party who outdo the Biden administration and Democrats in providing unlimited support to Netanyahu and the Jewish entity. Netanyahu met with Trump on 26/07/2024 when he visited Washington and received full support from him and the Republicans in Congress, who continued to applaud him as he delivered his 53-minute speech. He is betting on the arrival of Trump, who promised him full support in his contacts and abandoned the idea of the two-state solution, and who will give orders to the Saudi regime to normalize with the Jewish entity, whereupon other regimes will begin rushing to normalize. Therefore, it is expected that Netanyahu will continue his gambles until the results of the US elections appear...
Netanyahu’s stalling and his insistence on his conditions until the result of those elections are confirmed by what he mentioned in a televised press conference, as reported by Al-Arabiya on 03/09/2024, where he said: ["In this war specifically, we have set four goals for ourselves: destroying Hamas, returning all the kidnapped, ensuring that Gaza will not pose a threat to (Israel) hereafter, and returning the residents of the north safely to their homes," adding that "three of these goals pass through one place: the Philadelphi Corridor." He pointed out that this axis is "the source of oxygen and weapons for Hamas," adding: "For this reason, (Israelis) are obligated to control" that area...].
Second: As for whether America is serious about the two-state solution:
What America offers in the two-state solution project, which it gathered its agent rulers in the Muslim lands to call for, is nothing but deception and wordplay. It does not offer a state for the people of Palestine, but rather something resembling self-autonomy or less! (US President Joe Biden said yesterday, Friday, in statements to reporters, that there are a number of models for the two-state solution, noting that several countries in the United Nations do not have their own armed forces... Al Jazeera 19/01/2024), meaning that Biden is referring to a state from those models without armed forces! As for an actual sovereign state as is the case for other countries, the Jewish entity rejects it. Al Jazeera reported on 18/07/2024 (The Israeli Knesset adopted a resolution yesterday evening, Wednesday, rejecting the establishment of a Palestinian state for the first time in the council's history). They realize that America will not abandon them because their entity is its creation and its advanced base in the heart of the Muslim lands to fight Islam and Muslims. US President Biden personally sympathizes with them, as he considers himself a Zionist and has religious beliefs that call him to defend the Jewish entity. His Secretary of State Blinken, one of the influential figures in the administration and implementers of foreign policy, announced himself that he defends the Jewish entity as a Jew before being a Secretary of State. Even Vice President Kamala Harris, the presidential candidate—Biden introduced her husband as a Jew in a meeting with Jews to prove the extent of his administration's support for the Jewish entity and the Jews themselves, and that his vice president would continue his policy of supporting the Jews and their entity if she reached power. If Trump succeeds, he outdoes the Democrats in supporting the Jews and their entity. Therefore, the Jewish entity relies on all this support and persists in its transgression and crimes...
Furthermore, there is another matter that must be clarified about the two states, which is as follows:
a. It is an established fact that Palestine is a blessed land, an Islamic land, the land of Al-Aqsa Mosque which Allah has blessed.
سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي أَسْرَى بِعَبْدِهِ لَيْلاً مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الْأَقْصَى الَّذِي بَارَكْنَا حَوْلَهُ "Exalted is He who took His Servant by night from al-Masjid al-Haram to al-Masjid al-Aqsa, whose surroundings We have blessed." (Surah Al-Isra [17]: 1)
The two-state solution that those rulers call for is a betrayal of Allah, His Messenger, and the believers. The land of Islam does not accept division between its people and its enemies. It is not permissible for the Jews to have authority over it, nor does the two-state solution have a place in it. Rather, just as Al-Faruq opened it, the Rightly Guided Caliphs preserved it, Salah al-Din liberated it, and Abdul Hamid protected it from the Jews, so too will it return through the efforts of the sincere soldiers of Allah.
b. This is the Shari'ah ruling on the two-state solution. That is, even if this solution meant giving the Palestinians an independent state in part of Palestine on the 1967 borders—meaning about 20% of Palestine and conceding 80% of it—it is, as we said, a major sin and a betrayal of Allah, His Messenger, and the believers. So how about when what is offered is self-autonomy or less?! It is betrayal upon betrayal, and a major crime whose perpetrator bears disgrace, humiliation, and lowliness in this world and severe punishment in the Hereafter...
سَيُصِيبُ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا صَغَارٌ عِنْدَ اللهِ وَعَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَمْكُرُونَ "There will afflict those who committed crimes debasement before Allah and severe punishment for what they used to conspire." (Surah Al-An'am [6]: 124)
Third: As for how this aggression can be eliminated and all of Palestine returned to its people:
This is a clear matter in Islam. If the disbelievers attack any of the Muslim lands, occupy it, and expel its people from it... then it is obligatory to fight the enemy and eliminate them with a fierce fight that disperses those behind them and returns the land to its people as a complete, undiminished Islamic land. He (swt) says:
وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ ثَقِفْتُمُوهُمْ وَأَخْرِجُوهُمْ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَخْرَجُوكُمْ "And kill them wherever you overtake them and expel them from wherever they have expelled you." (Surah Al-Baqarah [2]: 191)
And He (swt) says:
فَإِمَّا تَثْقَفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْحَرْبِ فَشَرِّدْ بِهِمْ مَنْ خَلْفَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَذَّكَّرُون "So if you overtake them in war, disperse by [means of] them those behind them that perhaps they will be reminded." (Surah Al-Anfal [8]: 57)
In fact, even if any Islamic land is attacked without being occupied, the aggression must be repelled:
فَمَنِ اعْتَدَى عَلَيْكُمْ فَاعْتَدُوا عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا اعْتَدَى عَلَيْكُمْ وَاتَّقُوا اللهَ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللهَ مَعَ الْمُتَّقِينَ "So whoever has assaulted you, then assault him in the same way that he has assaulted you. And fear Allah and know that Allah is with those who fear Him." (Surah Al-Baqarah [2]: 194)
Returning the occupied Muslim land and repelling aggression are matters that no two sane people disagree upon. It is clearly explained in the Book of Allah (swt), the Sunnah of His Messenger ﷺ, and the consensus of his companions (ra). Furthermore, the Jewish entity is incapable of standing on its own; it is not a people of fighting except through a rope from the people, as the Mighty and Powerful said:
ضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الذِّلَّةُ أَيْنَ مَا ثُقِفُوا إِلَّا بِحَبْل مِنَ اللهِ وَحَبْلٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ "They have been put under humiliation wherever they are overtaken, except for a rope from Allah and a rope from the people." (Surah Ali 'Imran [3]: 112)
They have cut the rope of Allah, and all that remains for them is the rope of the people from America, Europe, and their agents among the treacherous rulers in the Muslim lands who do not lift a finger in the face of the Jewish entity's brutal aggression. Rather, the best among them is the one who stands counting the martyrs and the wounded!
The Jewish entity is not a people of fighting and victory. Rather, they are as He (swt) said:
لَنْ يَضُرُّوكُمْ إِلَّا أَذًى وَإِنْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ يُوَلُّوكُمُ الْأَدْبَارَ ثُمَّ لَا يُنْصَرُونَ "They will not harm you except for [some] annoyance. And if they fight you, they will show you their backs; then they will not be aided." (Surah Ali 'Imran [3]: 111)
As you see, a group of believing youth fights them with the least numbers and equipment compared to what the Jewish entity possesses, and yet this entity has not achieved victory to this day. So how would it be if the Muslim armies moved—not all the Muslim armies, but only those surrounding Palestine, or even some of them? The Jewish entity would become a thing of the past. But the problem lies in the existing states in the Muslim lands today; their rulers are loyal to the colonial disbelievers, the enemies of Islam and Muslims. They see and hear the Jewish occupation of Palestine and its brutal crimes and various massacres, yet it is as if they neither see nor hear:
صُمٌّ بُكْمٌ عُمْيٌ فَهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ "Deaf, dumb and blind - so they will not return [to the right path]." (Surah Al-Baqarah [2]: 18)
The calamity of the Muslims is in their rulers; they have prevented the armies from supporting their brothers in Gaza Hashim until today, while the martyrs have reached about 41,000 and the wounded about 95,000. The rulers observe what is happening, and the best of them is the one who counts the martyrs under the name of the dead and then counts the wounded as if he were a neutral party, or rather closer to the Jews!
Fourth: I conclude with two matters as a reminder for whoever has a heart or who listens while he is present in mind:
We said in the Q&A dated March 22, 2024: ["It is well known that the Balfour Declaration, the British Foreign Secretary, which was included in his letter dated 02/11/1917 to Lord Rothschild, included the British government's support for the establishment of a national home for the Jews in Palestine. This promise was in the final days of the defeat of the Ottoman Khilafah in the First World War due to the betrayal of some Arab and Turkish men... Years before that, Herzl, the delegate of the Zionist associations supported by Britain, had submitted a request on 18/05/1901 to the Ottoman Caliph, trying at that time to exploit the financial crisis the Khilafah was suffering from by offering vast sums to cover the Khilafah's deficit in exchange for granting them land in Palestine. However, the answer of Caliph Abdul Hamid in response to Herzl was a strong and wise one: 'I cannot give up even a single inch of the land of Palestine, for it is not my personal property, but the property of the Islamic Ummah. My people have fought for this land and watered it with their blood... Let the Jews keep their millions. If the Khilafah state is torn apart one day, then they can take Palestine without a price. But as long as I am alive, that will not be...'"]. The Caliph possessed sight, insight, and foresight. The abolition of the Khilafah (1342 AH - 1924 CE) through the conspiracy of treacherous Arabs and Turks with Britain led to giving Palestine to the Jews without a price! Subsequently, what Abdul Hamid (may Allah have mercy on him) predicted came true; the abolition of the Khilafah was the actual prelude to the creation of the monstrous Jewish entity in Palestine.
Today, with the agent rulers in the Muslim lands following behind the colonialist disbelievers, and with their betrayal of Palestine, the land of Islam, the land of Al-Aqsa Mosque around which Allah has blessed... these ruwaybidah will pass away, and the Islamic State, the Rightly Guided Khilafah, is returning by the permission of Allah. The fighting of the Jews and the removal of their occupation is coming by the permission of Allah, as the Truthful and Confirmed one ﷺ said in Musnad Ahmad from Hudhayfah:
ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ "...then there will be a Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood."
Similarly, Al-Bukhari reported from Abdullah bin Umar (ra) that he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say:
تُقَاتِلُكُمُ الْيَهُودُ فَتُسَلَّطُونَ عَلَيْهِمْ "The Jews will fight you, and you will be given power over them."
Also reported by Muslim with the wording from Ibn Umar from the Prophet ﷺ:
لَتُقَاتِلُنَّ الْيَهُودَ فَلَتَقْتُلُنَّهُمْ "You will surely fight the Jews and you will surely kill them."
Then the earth will shine with the victory of Allah:
وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ "And on that day the believers will rejoice * In the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful." (Surah Ar-Rum [30]: 4-5)
