To أبو العبد الأنصاري Abu Alabed Alansary

Question:

Assalamu Alaikum, the virtuous Sheikh, may Allah preserve you, Ata al-Khair, may Allah grant you victory.

A message to Hizb ut Tahrir,

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,

It may be customary for us to detail matters and provide a specific conception, based on which we present the idea, read the reality well, and see what the sound opinion is from those we trust:

الرائد الذي دائما صدق وما كذب أهله

"The leader who always spoke the truth and did not lie to his people."

May Allah reward you with goodness.

However, I will get straight to the point, and my message is just one question.

When will the Party proceed to mobilize public opinion in the lands and capitals of the Muslims in support of the revolution of Ash-Sham?

One might say that reading the developments of the revolution, its path, and the stages it will pass through in the future will be handled according to its facts and state, especially the surprises that await it in its favor or the plots being set and prepared against it. It is necessary for us to read the reality of each stage according to its new developments and the repercussions of the international position associated with it.

There is no doubt that the pace of events has begun to accelerate strongly, and the bone-crushing stages are increasing; either this revolution remains patient and seeks reward from Allah (swt), or it softens under the pressures and conspiracies imposed upon it by friend and relative before the main enemy and its tools.

We respond briefly and say: there is no doubt that the revolution of Ash-Sham is good and blessed, and it is sincere, but it has not been devoid of impurities from those who tried to climb upon it, including its own sons. This is not limited to political entities like the National Council or the National Coalition, but has reached the military formations in the military councils.

It is our right as Muslims to wonder and ask those whom we trust and whose sincerity and work for the Ummah we believe in. For you, after Allah (swt), are the hope of this Ummah, both leadership and youth.

Regarding what I previously mentioned as a question, I have one conception upon which I built this question:

And I hope my words are not understood as dictating, for we learn from you.

Does mobilizing the capitals of the Islamic world not lead to an awakening of the Ummah, so that this Ummah wakes up and supports its people in Ash-Sham by all means it must seek to find an outlet or a way to do so?

Is this not considered a positive return to strengthen the steadfastness and resilience of the people of Ash-Sham when they find that the Ummah as a whole is with them? Thus, the strength of their power increases, their support is bolstered, and their resilience and steadfastness on the truth increase, Allah willing, especially after this apathy and discouragement caused by the treacherous Coalition and the opportunistic opposition.

Furthermore, unifying the ranks of the Ummah to prove its existence before its enemies, especially the Kafir Western countries led by America—does this not have positive reflections on the revolution inside and then on the Ummah in general across its various locations? We would then send America a strong message: we are one Ummah that is beginning to rise, and you will not bypass our revolutions to reap their fruits, and we will confront you with all that we possess.

My beloved Sheikh, may Allah preserve you and protect you, O Ata of goodness, blessing, and clear victory, which I hope will be at your hands. Declare it and say Takbir, for by Allah, besides whom there is no other god, we will be, by the power of Allah, the hand with which you strike.

If we have done well, it is from Allah, and if we have erred, it is from myself and the Shaytan, and I seek excuse from Allah (az).

Your brother, Abu Al-Abed Al-Ansary / Bayt al-Maqdis - Palestine

Answer:

To the dear brother Abu Alabed Alansary,

Walaikum Assalam Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh.

I have reviewed your message, and it is a noble message from a noble brother...

As for the subject of Ash-Sham and its revolution, as you know, the region for which we have issued the most [statements] from the Party and its provincial offices is Ash-Sham. We have not left any minor or major detail without clarifying it as much as possible, and we did not settle for the written word but also audio speeches...

As for the fact that what is happening in Ash-Sham is not entirely pure, it is true, and we have previously clarified that. The reality of what is happening there is as follows:

  • A minority deceived by Western culture, infatuated by its thoughts and concepts, saying what it says, and calling for the secular, democratic civil state that separates religion from life...

  • Another group, larger in number than that minority and heavier in weight... they are Muslims with a veil over their eyes: they love Islam and want the Khilafah, and they adore the banner of the Messenger (saw), but they do not declare what they love and want for fear of provoking the colonialist states, and they do not raise the banner for fear of provoking the advocates of nationalism!

  • A group calling for Islamic rule, and it consists of two parts:

    • A part that uses material actions and calls for Islamic rule, but is not fully aware with the complete and correct awareness of the ideas and rules of Islam, and of the ongoing facts... etc.

    • A sincere and loyal part that wants Islamic rule:

الخلافة الراشدة "The Rightly Guided Khilafah."

Following the method upon which the Messenger of Allah (saw) proceeded, so they seek Nusrah from its people...

In all our actions, dear brother, we adhere to the method of the Messenger (saw), placing the straight line next to the crooked line, manifesting the truth and urging towards it, not only in Ash-Sham but there are also actions we perform in other regions, especially those neighboring Ash-Sham, which are witnessed actions, Allah willing. We ask Him (swt) for help and success.

Your brother, Ata Bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah
