To the dawah carriers in particular... may Allah grant victory at their hands and support them with His help to establish the Islamic State; the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood...

I congratulate you on the blessed Eid al-Adha 1446 AH... and I ask Allah, the Strong, the Almighty, that it be a beginning of goodness and blessing for all Muslims...
Dear Brothers...
This Eid arrives while the aggression of the Jews, supported by America and its weapons, continues against Gaza Hashim and all of Palestine. Meanwhile, the rulers in the Muslim lands watch what is happening, counting the martyrs and calling them "the killed"! The "best" among them are those who mediate as if they were neutral, or rather, even closer to the Jews! It is not strange that America, the colonialist disbelievers, and their creation, the Jewish state, attack us, for they have been enemies to Islam and Muslims not just from today but for years past. It is also not strange that the colonialist disbelievers, leaning on "International Law," are able to attack Muslim lands, because this law was first initiated against the Muslims and their state (the Ottoman State) at the Westphalia Conference in 1648 CE, which later developed into the League of Nations and then the United Nations. All of this is not strange; but what is strange is that the rulers in the Muslim lands neighboring Palestine watch the crimes and massacres taking place there while remaining silent, preventing the armies from supporting Gaza and all of Palestine. Rather, they even guarantee the implementation of international resolutions that are lethal to Muslims—may Allah destroy them; how are they deluded!
In conclusion, come, O armies in the Muslim lands, to the aid of your brothers in Gaza. If the existing oppressive regimes (mulk jabri) in the Muslim lands stand in your way, then seize them firmly... and establish the rule of Allah in their place, the Khilafah upon the method of the Prophethood, in fulfillment of the glad tidings of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ:
ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكاً جَبْرِيَّةً فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ، ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا، ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ، ثُمَّ سَكَتَ
"Then there will be an oppressive rule, and it will last as long as Allah wills it to last. Then He will take it away when He wills to take it away. Then there will be a Khilafah upon the method of the Prophethood. Then he (the Prophet) remained silent." (Musnad of Imam Ahmad)
At that time, the Khalifah, his assistants, and the soldiers of Islam, from the highest rank to the lowest, will move from victory to victory, proclaiming the Takbir and the Ummah proclaiming the Takbir with them, strong through their Lord, honored by their Deen, such that no enemy will dare to have an entity on the land of Islam...
وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
"And on that day the believers will rejoice in the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Almighty, the Merciful." (Ar-Rum [30]: 4-5)
Finally, I ask Him, Glorified be He, that this Eid be a beginning of goodness, blessing, and honor for Islam and Muslims.
وَاللهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُون
"And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most of the people do not know." (Yusuf [12]: 21)
