To the best Ummah brought forth for mankind... the Islamic Ummah whom Allah has honored with His obedience...
To the noble dawah carriers who are not distracted by trade or sale from the remembrance of Allah...
To the honorable visitors of the page who are approaching the goodness it carries...
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakatuh,
Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, his companions, and those who followed him:
I ask Him, Glory be to Him, to accept the fasting and the night prayers from the Muslims, and that Allah, Glory be to Him, forgives us all for our past sins, as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said in what was narrated by Bukhari and Muslim on the authority of Abu Hurairah:
مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ، إِيمَاناً وَاحْتِسَاباً، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ
"Whoever fasts Ramadan out of faith and in the hope of reward, his previous sins will be forgiven."
And in another narration on the authority of Abu Hurairah (ra):
مَنْ قَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَاناً وَاحْتِسَاباً، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ
"Whoever stands [in prayer] during Ramadan out of faith and in the hope of reward, his previous sins will be forgiven."
Dear brothers: Allah, Glory be to Him, ordained the fasting of the month of Ramadan in the month of Shaban in the second year of the Hijrah. It is the month in which Allah revealed the Quran:
شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْهُدَى وَالْفُرْقَانِ
"The month of Ramadan in which was revealed the Quran, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion." (Al-Baqarah [2]: 185)
It is also the month in which Allah honored the Ummah with victory and a manifest conquest. The Great Battle of Badr took place on the seventeenth of Ramadan, where the polytheists of Makkah suffered a great defeat. Then there were other decisive battles in this holy month, starting from the Conquest of Makkah on the twentieth of the blessed month of Ramadan in the eighth year of the Hijrah, to the Battle of Al-Buwayb (near the current city of Kufa), which is the Yarmouk of Persia, where the Muslims were victorious under the leadership of Al-Muthanna on the fourteenth of Ramadan in the year 31 AH. Then the Conquest of Amorium led by Al-Mu'tasim on the seventeenth of Ramadan in the year 223 AH, and the Battle of Ain Jalut in which the Muslims defeated the Tatars on the twenty-fifth of Ramadan in the year 658 AH, among other victories in this holy month.
Thus, fasting has been coupled with the Noble Quran, which falsehood cannot approach from before it or from behind it... fasting has been coupled with conquest and victory... fasting has been coupled with Jihad... fasting has been coupled with the implementation of Allah's laws. Every person of sight and insight knows that the laws of Allah, Glory be to Him, are inseparable from one another, whether they are acts of worship (ibadat), Jihad, transactions (mu'amalat), morals and conduct (akhlaq), or penal codes (hudood) and criminal law (jinayat). They all come from the same niche. Whoever ponders the verses of the Noble Book and the texts of the noble Hadiths will find this clear and evident. The Muslim recites from the verses of the Wise Remembrance:
وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ
"And establish prayer." (Al-Baqarah [2]: 43)
Just as he recites:
وَأَنِ احْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ
"And judge between them by what Allah has revealed." (Al-Ma'idah [5]: 49)
And he recites:
"Fasting has been prescribed for you." (Al-Baqarah [2]: 183)
Just as he recites:
كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِتَالُ
"Fighting has been prescribed for you." (Al-Baqarah [2]: 216)
Likewise, he reads about Hajj in the Hadiths of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ:
خُذُوا عَنِّي مَنَاسِكَكُمْ
"Take your rituals from me." (Narrated by Al-Bayhaqi)
Just as he reads about the Hudood:
خُذُوا عَنِّي، خُذُوا عَنِّي، قَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلاً، الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ، وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ، وَالرَّجْمُ
"Take from me, take from me! Allah has made a way for them. For the unmarried [guilty of illegal sexual intercourse] a hundred lashes and exile for one year, and for the married a hundred lashes and stoning." (Narrated by Muslim)
And he reads in transactions:
البَيِّعَانِ بِالخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا - أو قال حتى يتفرقا -
"The two parties to a transaction have the option [to cancel it] as long as they have not parted - or he said, until they part." (Narrated by Bukhari)
Just as he reads regarding the Bay'ah (pledge of allegiance) to the Khalifah:
وَمَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ فِي عُنُقِهِ بَيْعَةٌ، مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً
"And whoever dies without having a pledge of allegiance (bay'ah) on his neck, dies a death of jahiliyyah (the days of ignorance)." (Narrated by Muslim)
Accordingly, Islam is an indivisible whole, and the call to it is one: to apply it in the state, life, and society. Whoever separates Allah's verses and advocates for the separation of religion from life, or the separation of religion from politics, has committed a great sin and a major crime that leads its perpetrator to disgrace in this world and painful punishment in the Hereafter.
O Muslims: I remind you of all this during these days when the brutal aggression of the Jews against the people of Gaza is intensifying. The Jewish entity has been shocked by the heroism of the people of Gaza; many months have passed without the monstrous Jewish entity achieving any success it claimed over the people of Gaza. It lost its nerves and, instead of fighting face-to-face with that believing group with their modest weapons—while it is bristling with the weapons of America and the West—it turned to killing women and children to find a "success" to talk about! The Jewish entity is drawing its failure with its own hands; it is not a people of fighting except with a rope from people, as the Almighty, the All-Powerful said:
ضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الذِّلَّةُ أَيْنَ مَا ثُقِفُوا إِلَّا بِحَبْلٍ مِنَ اللهِ وَحَبْلٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ
"They have been put under humiliation wherever they are overtaken, except for a rope from Allah and a rope from the people." (Al-Imran [3]: 112)
They severed the rope of Allah since their prophets, and only the rope of people remains for them—from America, Europe, and their agents among the traitorous rulers in the Muslim lands who do not lift a finger while seeing the brutal Jewish aggression against children and women. Indeed, the best among them is the one who stands counting the martyrs and the wounded.
"May Allah destroy them; how are they deluded?" (At-Tawbah [9]: 30)
Nevertheless, O Muslims, fighting the Jews, killing them, and removing their entity will surely come under the leadership of a Rightly Guided Khalifah and a Mujahid after this compelling kingship and the agent rulers. The glad tidings of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ will not be delayed, by Allah's permission, fulfilling what Ahmad narrated from the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ:
ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكاً جَبْرِيَّةً فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ ثُمَّ سَكَتَ
"Then there will be compelling kingship, and it will remain as long as Allah wills it to remain. Then He will abolish it when He wills to abolish it. Then there will be a Khilafah on the method of Prophethood. Then he was silent."
And also in confirmation of the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah narrated by Muslim:
لَتُقَاتِلُنَّ الْيَهُودَ فَلَتَقْتُلُنَّهُمْ...
"You will surely fight the Jews and you will surely kill them..."
In conclusion, just as we must be keen to fast so that Allah may be pleased with us and forgive our previous sins, we must also be keen to work for the resumption of the Islamic way of life by establishing the Rightly Guided Khilafah. In this way, we will be among the winners in this world by implementing Allah's laws, sheltering under the banner of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, the banner of al-'Uqab, the banner of La ilaha illa Allah Muhammad Rasulullah. We will also be among the winners in the Hereafter by His permission, sheltering in His shade on the day when there is no shade but His shade. Thus, we win in both abodes, and that is the supreme success.
Wassalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakatuh.
