To the best Ummah brought forth for mankind... The Islamic Ummah whom Allah has honored with His obedience...

To the noble Da’wah carriers who are not distracted by trade or sale from the remembrance of Allah...

To the honorable visitors of the page, who are turning towards the goodness it carries...

Peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings,

Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, his companions, and those who follow him, and to proceed:

I ask Him, Glorified be He, to accept the fasting and the night prayers from the Muslims, and that Allah, Glorified be He, forgives us all our past sins, as the Prophet ﷺ said in what was narrated by Bukhari and Muslim on the authority of Abu Hurayrah: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ، إِيمَاناً وَاحْتِسَاباً، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ

"Whoever fasts Ramadan out of faith and seeking reward, his previous sins will be forgiven."

And in another narration from Abu Hurayrah (ra): That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

مَنْ قَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَاناً وَاحْتِسَاباً، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ

"Whoever stands [in prayer] during Ramadan out of faith and seeking reward, his previous sins will be forgiven."

Noble Brothers: Allah, Glorified be He, prescribed the fasting of the month of Ramadan in the month of Shaban in the second year of the Hijrah. It is a month in which Allah revealed the Quran:

شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْهُدَى وَالْفُرْقَانِ

"The month of Ramadan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion." (Surah Al-Baqarah [2]: 185)

It is also a month in which Allah honored the Ummah with victory and a clear conquest. The Great Battle of Badr took place on the seventeenth of Ramadan, where the polytheists of Mecca suffered a major defeat... Then there were other decisive battles in this holy month, starting from the conquest of Mecca on the twentieth of the blessed month of Ramadan in the eighth year of the Hijrah, to the Battle of Al-Buwaib (near the current city of Kufa), which is the Yarmouk of Persia, where the Muslims were victorious under the leadership of Al-Muthanna on the twelfth of Ramadan in the year thirteen of the Hijrah. Then the conquest of Amorium under the leadership of Al-Mu'tasim on the seventeenth of Ramadan in the year two hundred and twenty-three of the Hijrah, and the Battle of Ain Jalut in which the Muslims defeated the Tatars on the twenty-fifth of Ramadan in the year six hundred and fifty-eight of the Hijrah, among other victories in this noble month...

Thus, fasting has been coupled with the Noble Quran, which falsehood cannot approach from before it or from behind it... Fasting has been coupled with conquest and victory... Fasting has been coupled with Jihad... Fasting has been coupled with the implementation of the laws of Allah... Every person of vision and insight knows that the laws of Allah, Glorified be He, are inseparable from one another, whether they are acts of worship (ibadat), Jihad, transactions (mu'amalat), morals and conduct, or penal codes (hudud) and criminal law (jinayat)... All of them come from one niche. Whoever contemplates the verses of the Noble Book and the texts of the honorable Hadiths will find this clearly evident. The Muslim recites from the verses of the Wise Remembrance:

وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ

"And establish prayer" (Surah Al-Baqarah [2]: 43)

Just as he recites:

وَأَنِ احْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ

"And judge between them by what Allah has revealed" (Surah Al-Ma'idah [5]: 49)

And he recites:

"Fasting is prescribed for you" (Surah Al-Baqarah [2]: 183)

Just as he recites:

كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِتَالُ

"Fighting is prescribed for you" (Surah Al-Baqarah [2]: 216)

Likewise, he reads about Hajj in the Hadiths of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ:

خُذُوا عَنِّي مَنَاسِكَكُمْ

"Take your rituals from me." (Narrated by Al-Bayhaqi in his Sunan al-Kubra from Jabir)

Just as he reads about the penal codes (Hudud):

خُذُوا عَنِّي، خُذُوا عَنِّي، قَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلاً، الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ، وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ، وَالرَّجْمُ

"Take from me, take from me; Allah has made a way for them. The unmarried [who commits zina] with the unmarried: a hundred lashes and banishment for a year, and the married with the married: a hundred lashes and stoning." (Narrated by Muslim from Ubadah bin as-Samit)

And he reads regarding transactions:

البَيِّعَانِ بِالخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا - أو قال حتى يتفرقا -

"The two parties to a transaction have the option [to cancel] as long as they have not parted - or he said: until they part." (Narrated by Bukhari from Hakim bin Hizam)

Just as he reads regarding the Bay'ah of the Khalifah:

وَمَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ فِي عُنُقِهِ بَيْعَةٌ، مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً

"And whoever dies without having a bay'ah (oath of allegiance) on his neck, dies a death of Jahiliyyah." (Narrated by Muslim from Abdullah bin Umar)

Accordingly, Islam is an indivisible whole, and the call to it is one: to apply it in the state, life, and society. Whoever separates the verses of Allah and advocates for the separation of religion from life, or the separation of religion from politics, has committed a great sin and a major crime that leads its perpetrator to disgrace in this world and painful punishment in the Hereafter.

O Muslims: I remind you of all this in these days when the brutal aggression of the Jews is intensified against the West Bank in addition to Gaza. The Jewish entity has been shocked by the heroics of the people of Gaza; many months have passed without the monstrous Jewish entity achieving any of the success it claimed over the people of Gaza. Thus, it lost its nerves, and instead of fighting face to face with that believing group with their modest weapons—while it is heavily armed with the weapons of America and the West—it turned instead to killing women and children to find a "success" to talk about!

Then the aggression of the Jews extended to Lebanon and Syria, roaming and marauding in them without meeting anyone to drive them back. It attacks Lebanon and settles in parts of it... and attacks Syria and settles in parts of it, before the eyes and ears of the rulers in the lands of the Muslims. Instead of the rulers mobilizing the Muslim armies to fight them—a fight that would displace the Jews from behind them—we see them concluding agreement after agreement with them, without being ashamed before Allah, His Messenger, and the believers!

O Muslims: The fighting of the Jews, killing them, and removing their entity is inevitably coming under the leadership of a Rightly Guided Khalifah and a Mujahid, following this tyrannical rule and the agent rulers. The glad tidings of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ will not be delayed, by Allah's permission, fulfilling what Ahmad narrated from the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ:

ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكاً جَبْرِيَّةً فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ، ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا، ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ. ثُمَّ سَكَتَ

"Then there will be a tyrannical rule, and it will remain as long as Allah wills it to remain. Then He will remove it when He wills to remove it. Then there will be a Khilafah on the Method of Prophecy. Then he remained silent."

And also confirming the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah narrated by Muslim:

لَتُقَاتِلُنَّ الْيَهُودَ فَلَتَقْتُلُنَّهُمْ...

"You will surely fight the Jews and you will surely kill them..."

In conclusion, just as we must be keen on fasting so that Allah may be pleased with us and forgive our past sins, we must also be keen on working to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Rightly Guided Khilafah. Thus, we will be among the winners in this world by applying the laws of Allah, seeking shade under the banner of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, the banner of Al-Uqab, the banner of La ilaha illa Allah Muhammad Rasul Allah. And we will be among the winners in the Hereafter as well, by His permission, seeking His shade on the day when there is no shade but His. Thus, we win in both abodes, and that is the supreme success.

Peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

1st of Ramadan 1446 AH Your Brother Corresponding to 01/03/2025 CE Ata Bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah
