All praise is due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, his companions, and those who follow him, and to proceed:
To the Islamic Ummah in general, and to the dawah carriers for the restoration of the Righteous Khilafah in particular, brothers and sisters...
As-Salamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,
On such days a hundred years ago, in the late days of Rajab 1342 AH, corresponding to the early days of March 1924 CE, the colonial Kuffar, led by Britain at that time and in cooperation with the traitors among the Arabs and Turks, were able to destroy the Khilafah State. The criminal of the age, Mustafa Kemal, announced the abolition of the Khilafah, besieged the Khalifah in Istanbul, and expelled him in the early hours of that day. This was the price Britain commanded him to pay in exchange for appointing him as the ailing president of the secular Turkish Republic. Thus, a terrible earthquake occurred in the lands of the Muslims with the destruction of the Khilafah, the source of their glory and the pleasure of their Lord.
That criminal announced open disbelief (Kufr Bawah) by abolishing the Khilafah after it had been established. It was the duty of the Ummah to fight him with the sword, as stated in the agreed-upon Hadith of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, narrated by Ubada bin as-Samit (ra):
وَأَنْ لَا نُنَازِعَ الْأَمْرَ أَهْلَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ تَرَوْا كُفْراً بَوَاحاً عِنْدَكُمْ مِنْ اللَّهِ فِيهِ بُرْهَانٌ
"And that we would not dispute the authority of its people, unless you see open Kufr (disbelief) for which you have evidence from Allah." (Bukhari & Muslim)
However, his extreme brutality in shedding the blood of the Ummah, especially the scholars—many of whom were executed, including Sheikh Said Piran (may Allah have mercy on him), while others were imprisoned—all this had its effect in the Ummah's shortcoming. It did not rise to shake that criminal and his associates in a way that would turn them into losers. Rather, the response was weak and did not reach the level of crushing that traitor to Allah, His Messenger, and the believers! Thus, the perpetrator of open disbelief "escaped" with his heinous crime from being plunged into a bottomless pit by the Ummah!
After that, the influence of the colonial Kuffar settled in the Muslim lands. They partitioned the lands and tore them into fragments, reaching about fifty-five pieces, as a result of the earthquake caused by the destruction of the Khilafah. Then, they added another earthquake to this one by giving the Jews a state in the Blessed Land, the place of the Night Journey (Isra) and Ascension (Mi'raj) of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and provided it with the means of survival. The first of these means was the protection of its security through the agent rulers surrounding it. Not only that, but these rulers would suffer "defeats" before the Jews in every war that broke out, giving the Jewish entity a size larger than its actual size and an image other than its reality. They did not stop there, but exerted every effort to war against Allah and His Messenger to shift the issue from uprooting the Jewish entity from Palestine to negotiating with it, hoping it would withdraw from some of what it occupied in 1967! Then they descended further, rushing toward normalization (tathbi') with the Jewish entity even without it withdrawing from anything!! Some committed the crime of normalization behind a curtain, and others committed it openly day and night! After the rulers of Egypt led this path of humiliation and disgrace, the PLO followed, along with the rulers of Jordan, then the Emirates, Bahrain, Sudan, and Morocco. The Saudi rulers stand on the roadside, signaling to those countries that they are following behind and will not be left out of the convoy... Thus, they all hasten into crime, unconcerned with the ignominy that envelops them from the top of their heads to the soles of their feet:
سَيُصِيبُ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا صَغَارٌ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَعَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَمْكُرُونَ
"Ignominy before Allah and a severe punishment will strike those who committed crimes for what they used to scheme." (Surah Al-An'am [6]: 124)
Furthermore, Palestine is not the only land stabbed by these rulers. They have also surrendered or handed over other pure regions of the lands of Islam. Kashmir was annexed by the Hindu polytheists to their state... Russia annexed Crimea... South Sudan was separated from its north... East Timor was torn from Indonesia... and Cyprus—and what do you know of Cyprus, the fortress of Muslims for long years—today, most of it is controlled by Greece... The Rohingya Muslims are slaughtered in Myanmar (Burma), and if they seek refuge in Bangladesh, the regime suffocates them and herds them onto the island of "Bhasan Char", a dangerous island prone to floods and unfit for human habitation! Then there is East Turkistan, where China has become brutal, treating it with a savagery that even wild beasts shun, turning it into a prison for free men and women. The massacres have magnified openly before the eyes and ears of the states existing in Muslim lands, yet they remain silent with the silence of the graves. When they do speak, they say China's brutality against Muslims is an internal matter!
كَبُرَتْ كَلِمَةً تَخْرُجُ مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ إِنْ يَقُولُونَ إِلَّا كَذِباً
"It is a monstrous word that comes out of their mouths; they say nothing but a lie." (Surah Al-Kahf [18]: 5)
As for the other Muslim lands, they are ruled by Ruwaybidah (insignificant) rulers who revolve with the colonial Kuffar wherever they turn. They do not preserve the security of the lands nor do they care for the rights of the people. Their wealth is plundered and their dignity is stripped; they are of no consequence. The colonial Kuffar, especially America, give them no weight; rather, America calls its agents with words that increase their humiliation and disgrace, dictating to them: "Were it not for us, you would not remain on your crooked thrones for a few days, so pay us as much wealth as you can, even beyond your capacity." Indeed, he who finds humiliation easy will not feel the pain of it!
O Muslims: This is your situation after the disappearance of the Khilafah, where the nations have gathered against you from every side. But how were you when you were shaded by the Khilafah?
You were the best Ummah brought forth for mankind, followers of Muhammad ﷺ, the Seal of the Prophets and the Imam of the Mujahideen... Your ancestors were the Rightly Guided Khalifahs and the conquering leaders... You are the descendants of An-Nasir Salahuddin, the conqueror of the Crusaders and the liberator of Bait al-Maqdis from their filth in such a great month as this, Rajab 583 AH... The descendants of Qutuz and Baybars, the conquerors of the Tatars... The descendants of Muhammad al-Fatih, the young prince who was not over twenty-three when he opened Constantinople in 857 AH - 1453 CE, so Allah honored him with the praise of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in the Hadith narrated by Ahmad from Bishr al-Khath'ami:
فَلَنِعْمَ الْأَمِيرُ أَمِيرُهَا وَلَنِعْمَ الْجَيْشُ ذَلِكَ الْجَيْشُ
"What a wonderful Ameer is its Ameer, and what a wonderful army is that army." (Ahmad)
...The descendants of Khalifah Suleiman the Magnificent, to whom France appealed for help in the 16th century (1525 CE) to release its captive king; yet today France has forgotten or pretended to forget its appeal to the Khalifah of the Muslims, and has dared to insult Islam and the Messenger of Islam ﷺ without any oversight or accountability because the shield of Islam has vanished... The descendants of Khalifah Selim III, in whose era the United States of America paid an annual tax to allow American ships to pass safely from the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea without the Ottoman Navy in the province of Algeria intercepting them. For the first time, America was forced to sign a treaty in a language other than its own, but in the language of another state (the Ottoman State) in 1210 AH - 1795 CE. Now, America controls the rulers of the Muslims, saying "Pay, for we are the ones who protect you"... The descendants of Khalifah Abdul Hamid, who was not tempted by the millions of gold coins offered by the Jews to the state treasury to allow them to settle in Palestine. He said his famous words: "The work of the scalpel in my body is easier for me than seeing Palestine severed from the Khilafah State," and added, "...let the Jews keep their millions... if the Khilafah State is torn apart one day, then they can take Palestine without a price." And that is exactly what happened!... The descendants of those who invented the clock and gifted one to Charlemagne, the greatest king of Europe at the time, whose courtiers—the elite of his people—thought it was full of goblins and jinn! Thus we were in our enlightened and brilliant thoughts, and thus they were in their hollow and sickly thoughts!
This is how you were, O Muslims, when the Khilafah shaded you, and this is how you have become when the Khilafah was removed from your brows. So take heed, O people of vision...
In conclusion, I turn to you, O People of Power and Protection (Ahl al-Quwwah wal-Man’ah)... O descendants of Khalid, Salahuddin, and Muhammad al-Fatih...
You alone are the ones who can heal the chests of the Ummah from its enemies—the enemies of your Deen. You alone are the ones who can break the humiliation that has reached the Muslims in their lands, the lands of Islam... You will have the honor of the beginning and the realization of the Ummah's hope; indeed, the entire Ummah will follow you, and all its soldiers will be before you and behind you. You will not be alone, by the permission of Allah Almighty. So rise to your duty, may Allah bless you; rise to support us, the support (Nusrah) of Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the Righteous Khilafah. It is not only the path to victory in terms of describing reality, but primarily because it is a great obligation. By it, the laws are established and the hudud (divine punishments) are carried out. Without it, the laws are not applied to the people nor are the hudud established among them... Whoever does not work to establish the Khilafah and appoint a Khalifah while being capable, his sin is great, as if he died a death of Jahiliyyah (ignorance), to indicate the severity of the sin:
وَمَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ فِي عُنُقِهِ بَيْعَةٌ، مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً
"...and whoever dies without having a pledge of allegiance (bay'ah) on his neck, he dies a death of Jahiliyyah." (Muslim)
The Muslims began the pledge (bay'ah) to the Khalifah before they began the preparation and burial of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, despite its importance and greatness, and all of that was due to the greatness and importance of the Khilafah...
O People of Power and Protection... O People of Support (Nusrah)... O Armies of the Muslims:
Is there not among you a Mus'ab bin Umayr, an As'ad bin Zurarah, an Usayd bin Hudayr, or a Sa'd bin Mu'adh, who supported Allah Almighty and His Messenger ﷺ and thus succeeded in this world and the Hereafter? Even the Throne of the Merciful shook at the death of Sa'd bin Mu'adh for his support of the Deen of Allah. Bukhari narrated from Jabir (ra), "I heard the Prophet ﷺ say:
اهْتَزَّ العَرْشُ لِمَوت سعد بن معاذ
'The Throne shook at the death of Sa'd bin Mu'adh'." (Bukhari)
Is there not among you a man of reason who will support Allah, His Messenger, and the people of his dawah? The Ummah is waiting for you; it waits for you to say Allahu Akbar so it may say it with you, and for the banner to flutter in your hands so they may cheer for you. By this alone, the Ummah will rise and establish the Righteous Khilafah, which applies Islam internally and carries it to the world by dawah and Jihad. Then Allah Almighty will grant it victory:
إِنَّا لَنَنْصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَادُ
"Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand." (Surah Ghafir [40]: 51)
O Soldiers of Allah: We realize that angels will not descend from the sky to establish a Khilafah for us or lead an army for us that honors Islam and Muslims. Rather, Allah Almighty sends down angels to help us if we work with seriousness, truthfulness, and sincerity to resume the Islamic way of life on earth and establish the Khilafah. This is a promise that will not be broken in the Book of Allah Almighty and the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. This is not affected by the words of those who say that establishing the Khilafah today is a kind of fantasy; rather, the truth is that the one who says the Khilafah's establishment is fantasy is the one seeking a fantasy. As for the establishment of the Khilafah, it is a reality that must occur by Allah's permission, confirmed by four facts:
First: A promise from Allah:
وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ
"Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them." (Surah An-Nur [24]: 55)
Second: Glad tidings from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for the return of the Khilafah upon the method of the Prophethood after this oppressive rule. He ﷺ said:
ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكاً جَبْرِيَّةً فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ
"...then there will be an oppressive rule, and it will remain as long as Allah wills it to remain. Then He will remove it when He wills to remove it. Then there will be a Khilafah upon the method of the Prophethood." Then he was silent ﷺ. (Narrated by Ahmad from Hudhayfah)
Third: A living, active Ummah, the best Ummah brought forth for mankind:
كُنْتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ تَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ
"You are the best nation produced [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah." (Surah Ali 'Imran [3]: 110)
Though it may have calmed from establishing the Khilafah for a day, it is nothing but the calm of the lion before its pounce...
Fourth: A party, by Allah's permission, that is sincere to Him and truthful with His Messenger ﷺ, moving forward, joining its night with its day to achieve the promise and glad tidings, as if it is the realization of his ﷺ saying:
لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ وَهُمْ كَذَلِكَ
"There will not cease to be a group from my Ummah prevailing upon the truth; they will not be harmed by those who forsake them until the command of Allah comes while they are in that state." (Narrated by Muslim from Thawban)
Any one of these four is enough to speak that working for the Khilafah is not a fantasy, so what of the four combined?! Thus, the establishment of the Khilafah is a reality in the not-too-distant future, by Allah's permission. Its stability and constancy after its establishment are certain, Allah willing. The structures of states that are great today will collapse into a deep place; these states are insignificant to Allah and to the servants of Allah. What a tiny creature (Covid-19), barely visible, has done to those states and their leader, America, speaks of that... Look at what happened to it in its elections: one team considers it theft and forgery, and another considers it a great victory! Then it did not stop at verbal missiles but went to storming official institutions and taking lives with physical missiles in the corridors of the leader of Capitalism, and both teams call for "broken" democracy! This is the world today, its great ones before its small ones... nothing will save it except the establishment of the Islamic State, the Khilafah State upon the method of the Prophethood...
O Brothers: We were working and supplicating to Allah that the Khilafah be established before the centenary. Days passed over us during these seventy years of the Party's life where we almost grasped the Khilafah, then it moved away. Nevertheless, we do not despair of the spirit of Allah. We work with our eyes looking toward the Khilafah and our hearts beating for it, and we are all tranquil in its establishment, for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ informed us and gave us glad tidings: "...then there will be a Khilafah upon the method of Prophethood." All of this is worthy of sharpening the resolve, strengthening the determination, and igniting the passion anew, making a person a new creation—from one overwhelmed when a calamity strikes to one optimistic for relief upon its occurrence.
Thus the All-Knowing, All-Aware informed us:
فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْراً * إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْراً
"For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease." (Surah Ash-Sharh [94]: 5-6)
And thus the truthful one informed us in a sound Hadith: "A single hardship will never overcome two eases." And thus was the letter of Umar to Abu Ubaidah: "For there has never been a difficulty except that Allah made a way out after it, and a single hardship will never overcome two eases." Relief is coming by the permission of Allah, the Lord of the worlds, and the Khilafah will be established by the hands of the sincere believers. It will eliminate the Jewish entity and Palestine will return to the Abode of Islam (Dar al-Islam), and Rome will be opened after its sister was opened. The pure throats will shout the words of the Almighty, the All-Powerful:
وَقُلْ جَاءَ الْحَقُّ وزهق الْبَاطِلُ إِنَّ الْبَاطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقاً
"And say, 'Truth has come, and falsehood has vanished. Indeed falsehood is [by nature] ever bound to vanish'." (Surah Al-Isra [17]: 81)
The world will be filled with the cries of Takbir, and the earth will shine with the light of Islam.
لَيَبْلُغَنَّ هَذَا الْأَمْرُ مَا بَلَغَ اللَّيْلُ وَالنَّهَارُ وَلَا يَتْرُكُ اللَّهُ بَيْتَ مَدَرٍ وَلَا وَبَرٍ إِلَّا أَدْخَلَهُ اللَّهُ هَذَا الدِّينَ بِعِزِّ عَزِيزٍ أَوْ بِذُلِّ ذَلِيلٍ عِزّاً يُعِزُّ اللَّهُ بِهِ الْإِسْلَامَ وَذُلّاً يُذِلُّ اللَّهُ بِهِ الْكُفْرَ
"This matter will reach what the night and day have reached, and Allah will not leave a house of mud or fur except that He will cause this Deen to enter it, by the glory of the glorious or the humiliation of the humiliated; a glory by which Allah honors Islam and a humiliation by which Allah debases Kufr." (Narrated by Ahmad from Tamim ad-Dari)
We realize that the enemies of Islam will consider the achievement of this as impossible, repeating the mockery of their predecessors:
غَرَّ هَؤُلَاءِ دِينُهُمْ
"Their religion has deluded these [people]." (Surah Al-Anfal [8]: 49)
But just as that saying was a calamity for those who said it and Allah honored His Deen and supported its people, so today it will be a calamity for them. Allah, the Almighty, the All-Wise, is with His servants who put their trust in Him, are sincere to Him, and truthful with His Messenger ﷺ, those who work with seriousness and diligence, without their hearts and limbs ever parting from His saying:
إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْراً
"Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a [decreed] extent." (Surah At-Talaq [65]: 3)
With every day that passes, they draw closer to this "extent."
وَاللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
"And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most of the people do not know." (Surah Yusuf [12]: 21)
