To the best Ummah brought forth for mankind... the Islamic Ummah whom Allah has honored with His obedience...

To the noble Dawah carriers who are not distracted by trade or sale from the remembrance of Allah...

To the honorable visitors of the page who are seeking the goodness it carries...

Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,

Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, his companions, and those who follow him. To proceed:

I ask Him, Glorified be He, to accept the fasting and the night prayers from the Muslims, and that Allah, Glorified be He, forgives us all for our previous sins, as the Prophet ﷺ said in what was narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim on the authority of Abu Hurairah, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ، إِيمَاناً وَاحْتِسَاباً، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ

"Whoever fasts Ramadan out of faith and in hope of reward, his previous sins will be forgiven." (Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim)

And in another narration from Abu Hurairah (ra), that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

مَنْ قَامَ رَمَضَانَ إِيمَاناً وَاحْتِسَاباً، غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ

"Whoever stands (in prayer) during Ramadan out of faith and in hope of reward, his previous sins will be forgiven." (Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim)

Noble brothers: Allah, Glorified be He, ordained the fasting of the month of Ramadan in the month of Sha'ban in the second year of the Hijrah. It is a month in which Allah revealed the Quran:

شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْهُدَى وَالْفُرْقَانِ

"The month of Ramadan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion." (QS. Al-Baqarah [2]: 185)

It is also a month in which Allah honored the Ummah with victory and a manifest opening. The Great Battle of Badr took place on the seventeenth of Ramadan, where the polytheists of Makkah suffered a great defeat... Then there were other decisive battles in this noble month, starting from the Conquest of Makkah on the twentieth of the blessed month of Ramadan in the eighth year of the Hijrah, to the Battle of Al-Buwayb (near the current city of Kufa), which is the Yarmouk of the Persians, where the Muslims were victorious under the leadership of Al-Muthanna on the fourteenth of Ramadan in the year thirty-one of the Hijrah. Then the Conquest of Amorium under the leadership of Al-Mu'tasim on the seventeenth of Ramadan in the year two hundred and twenty-three of the Hijrah, and the Battle of Ayn Jalut in which the Muslims defeated the Tatars on the twenty-fifth of Ramadan in the year six hundred and fifty-eight of the Hijrah, among other victories in this noble month...

Thus, fasting has been coupled with the Noble Quran, which falsehood cannot approach from before it or from behind it... fasting has been coupled with opening and victory... fasting has been coupled with Jihad... fasting has been coupled with the application of Allah's laws (ahkam)... and everyone with sight and insight knows that the laws of Allah, Glorified be He, are inseparable from one another, whether they are acts of worship (ibadat), Jihad, transactions (mu'amalat), morals and conduct, or penal codes (hudud) and criminal acts... they all come from the same niche. Whoever contemplates the verses of the Noble Book and the texts of the honorable Hadiths will find this clear and evident. The Muslim recites from the verses of the Wise Remembrance:

وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ

"And establish prayer" (QS. Al-Baqarah [2]: 43)

Just as he recites:

وَأَنِ احْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ

"And judge between them by what Allah has revealed" (QS. Al-Ma'idah [5]: 49)

And he recites:

"Fasting has been prescribed for you" (QS. Al-Baqarah [2]: 183)

Just as he recites:

كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِتَالُ

"Fighting has been prescribed for you" (QS. Al-Baqarah [2]: 216)

Likewise, he reads about Hajj in the Hadiths of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ:

خُذُوا عَنِّي مَنَاسِكَكُمْ

"Take your rituals from me." (Narrated by Al-Bayhaqi in his Sunan Al-Kubra from Jabir)

Just as he reads about the penal codes (Hudud):

خُذُوا عَنِّي، خُذُوا عَنِّي، قَدْ جَعَلَ اللهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلاً، الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ، وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ، وَالرَّجْمُ

"Take from me, take from me; Allah has now made a way for them. For unmarried persons (the punishment is) one hundred lashes and exile for one year. For married persons (the punishment is) one hundred lashes and stoning." (Narrated by Muslim from Ubadah bin As-Samit)

And he reads regarding transactions:

البَيِّعَانِ بِالخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا - أو قال حتى يتفرقا -

"Both parties in a business transaction have the right to annul it as long as they have not separated." (Narrated by Al-Bukhari from Hakim bin Hizam)

Just as he reads regarding the Bay'ah (pledge) to the Khalifah:

وَمَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ فِي عُنُقِهِ بَيْعَةٌ، مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً

"And whoever dies without having a pledge of allegiance (Bay’ah) on his neck, dies a death of Jahiliyyah." (Narrated by Muslim from Abdullah bin Umar)

Accordingly, Islam is an indivisible whole, and the call to it is one: to apply it in the state, life, and society. Whoever separates between the verses of Allah and advocates for the separation of religion from life, or the separation of religion from politics, has committed a great sin and a major crime that leads its perpetrator to disgrace in this world and painful punishment in the Hereafter.

O Muslims: I remind you of all this in these days when the brutal aggression of the Jews against the people of Gaza is intensifying. They have been shocked by the heroism of the people of Gaza; long months have passed without the monstrous Jewish entity achieving any of the success it claimed over the people of Gaza. So it lost its nerves, and instead of fighting face-to-face with that believing group and their modest weapons while it is armed to the teeth with the weapons of America and the West, it turned instead to killing women and children to find a "success" to talk about!! The Jewish entity is drawing its own failure with its own hands; it is not a people of fighting except with a rope from the people, as the All-Mighty, the All-Powerful said:

ضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الذِّلَّةُ أَيْنَ مَا ثُقِفُوا إِلَّا بِحَبْلٍ مِنَ اللهِ وَحَبْلٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ

"They have been put under humiliation wherever they are overtaken, except for a rope [i.e., covenant] from Allah and a rope from the people." (QS. Ali 'Imran [3]: 112)

They have severed the rope of Allah since the time of their prophets, and what remains for them is the rope of the people from America, Europe, and their agents among the traitorous rulers in the Muslim lands who do not lift a finger as they witness the brutal Jewish aggression against children and women. In fact, the "best" among them is the one who stands counting the martyrs and the wounded.

"May Allah destroy them; how are they deluded?" (QS. At-Tawbah [9]: 30)

Nevertheless, O Muslims, the fighting of the Jews, their killing, and the removal of their entity is inevitably coming under the leadership of a Rightly Guided Khalifah, a Mujahid, after this oppressive rule (mulkan jabriyan) and these agent rulers. The glad tidings of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ will not be delayed, by the will of Allah, in fulfillment of what Ahmad narrated from the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ:

ثُمَّ تَكُونُ مُلْكاً جَبْرِيَّةً فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ ثُمَّ سَكَتَ

"Then there will be an oppressive rule for as long as Allah wills, then He will remove it when He wills. Then there will be a Khilafah upon the method of Prophethood. Then he remained silent."

And also in confirmation of the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah narrated by Muslim:

لَتُقَاتِلُنَّ الْيَهُودَ فَلَتَقْتُلُنَّهُمْ...

"You will certainly fight the Jews and you will certainly kill them..."

In conclusion, just as we must be keen on fasting so that Allah may be pleased with us and forgive our previous sins, we must also be keen to work for the resumption of the Islamic way of life by establishing the Righteous Khilafah. This is so we may be among the winners in this world by applying Allah's laws, shaded by the banner of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, the banner of Al-Uqab, the banner of La ilaha illa Allah Muhammad Rasulullah. And so that we may also be among the winners in the Hereafter by His permission, Glorified be He, shaded by His shade on the Day when there is no shade but His. Thus, we win in both abodes, and that is the supreme success.

Wassalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh.
